A Special Hanukkah Blessing

 

The house of the managers of one of our aid centers in Nazareth Ilit (Nof HaGalil) burned recently in the north of the country in a fire in the city.  They got out there to help their neighbors save their houses but they could not save their own.  The family was in a state of shock.  READ MORE . . .

An Awesome Gift in Tel Aviv

This month Israel Relief Aid reached out to the poor at the Tel Aviv Homeless CafĂ©!  Food stuffs were delivered to Haifa, where the teams prepared the dishes in large pots and brought them to Tel Aviv. 

It is so encouraging for the teams to see a donation like ours coming in to their kitchen! Giving to the Tel Aviv destitute by providing them a basic need of a free meal was a heart throbREAD MORE . . .

This is a picture of a single mother who recently came into the Haifa Aid Center in Israel.  She is divorced, has cancer, is not working, her divorced husband is not working so no financial support there, and she is raising four children alone with only a low-income stipend.  READ MORE...

The Negev city of Beer Sheva, really the heart of the beautiful Israeli desert, is a thriving city, and yet there are still Bedouin villages in the Negev.  

Obviously, to live in the south of Israel’s Negev, there must be employment.  This you can find in Beer Sheva.  However not for Holocaust Survivors, the disabled, the elderly, and other needy sectors.
