It's mid January and already hundreds of kilos of winter coats and clothing have been distributed by Israel Relief Aid through its network of aid centers to victims of the Holocaust, WWII Ghetto survivor organizations, families in need, social services offices, Druze villages in the north of Israel, including the Golan Heights.
100 cartons and sacks of Winter Warm jackets and clothing were delivered by Israel Relief Aid today to the Galilee region of Israel in the north.
Carmiel is a central hub city with a large aid center and concerned staff (holding some of the jackets). This delivery includes supplies for children, teens, men and women.
There are Holocaust Survivors that will receive of these winter warm supplies, and also generally families and new immigrants living under the poverty line. Other aid centers are still asking for warm clothing, as it is super cold in Israel now.
If you want to help with this program, we will be happy!
