70% of those evacuated from the north of Israel during bombing by Hezbollah, have decided not to return to the north, after what they’ve been through.  

On the other hand, many families in the north decided to dig their heels in during a year of bombing, not evacuate, and bravely stay with their houses.  This bombing from Hezbollah was traumatic for families; probably most if not all of them now have PTSD, post-traumatic stress.  This PTSD causes a myriad of very severe symptoms, including, for children, afraid to go to sleep at night.
