On April 23, 2016 a Passover Seder was held in Haifa for 100 new Jewish immigrants and their families/children by Israel Relief Aid.
All of these families are living under the poverty line after having newly arrived in Israel from Ukraine. Probably 100% of them are without jobs, not able to speak Hebrew more than first-grade level, and crammed together in a 1 bedroom apartment (including extended family).
There were many at the dinner that had serious medical issues. It was an evening of enlightenment, joy, singing, nourishment . . . and prayers. Hearts were open and the Ruach HaKodesh had His way, praise Adonai! Thank you to all our friends for giving this special Passover dinner to those in need in Israel!
