IDF Lone Soldiers Receive Clothing

IDF Lone Soldiers
Dan, Ayelet and Sergei from Haifa served in the Israel Defence Forces as lone soldiers after studying in Israel, having come to the country alone, while their parents lived in their country of birth.

Serving in the IDF is quite a feat even when parents are in the country to comfort and give support, encourage and keep the spirits up, wash clothes in a hurry, purchase all the items needed for army service, prepare meals on weekends and holidays, etc.  Being a lone soldier is a gigantic challenge.   Israel Relief Aid has many aid stations in Haifa stocked with clothing and many items needed by young people.  This is the place that these three could count on, and which still continues to help them.   These three have truly succeeded and are now studying at the University of Haifa!  Thank you, so much, to our friends for helping to support lone soldiers in Israel!
