Haifa Immigrant Project Update

Thanks to you, Israel Relief Aid’s project in Haifa to provide food bags to immigrant families living below the poverty line successfully reached many recipients.

These bags included foods like pickles, corn, garbanzo beans, spaghetti, pasta, tomato sauce, lentils, etc.

The invited ones waited in line to receive their food bag with responsibility and accountability, so the distribution was done in an orderly way.

Volunteers were present to hand out the bags and to verify that each person was on the list of poverty recipients.

Why do they love to do this work?

It’s a feel-good--both the receiver and the giver feel the blessing.
