Despite wars and terror, the exiles continue to return to Zion! More than 30,000 immigrants arrived in Israel in 2015, a 10 percent increase over the previous year and the highest immigration (aliyah) figure since 2003.
Many arrive desperately needing assistance in all forms. We are providing clothing, furniture, medical and household supplies, drug rehabilitation, and so much more.
This young woman immigrated to Israel from Russia along with her mother, father, siblings, grandmother and grandfather. Her grandmother is a Holocaust Survivor from the Ukraine.
The entire family comes to the Jerusalem Aid Center for clothing. They use our center regularly and tell us “we are just wearing your clothes”. Praise Adonai for His provision!
This couple - pictured below - immigrated to Israel from the Ukraine last year, with their two daughters. They have been blessed to receive clothing from the Jerusalem Aid Center. They told us it is a great help since they live on a very small budget.
These young ladies (below) immigrated to Israel from Peru. One of whom lives with her husband and four children in Afula. They have been greatly assisted with clothing distributed by the Jerusalem Aid Center. Thank you to all who keep it fully stocked!
Multiple containers have been given by Israel Relief Aid to our partner Jerusalem Aid Center. We want to thank all our friends who have participated in giving us the ability to import aid containers into Israel for new immigrant Jews, Holocaust Survivors, and those living under the poverty line in the Holy Land.
